Make a Monster pages

This book has been great, so useful, so much fun. I think it's been shanghaied by a past colleague, but luckily I had scanned the pages already. I have put all seven here at the full resolution so that they are useable in the future for me. That'll make this page look messy, but it isn't like anyone else will be reading this (so I am not even sure why I'm bothering to type this).
